It is not easy to find good but low price school is not easy, [Promotion] and [Scholarship] are the key for reducing price. $3 per hour for Chambers Institute English course can be possible if you are clever enough to use those two tools. If you study more than 11 weeks and applied for scholarship, $62/wk can be possible for Full time, Whole week study in Melbourne city.. There are still some small schools which are not found in public, but you can find more if you keep looking for the deals..
